This is exactly what our client was facing in the peak of the Covid shutdowns. With the Head Office closed to staff but the workforce still on their sites performing essential duties, our client needed to find an effective method to deliver new contracts, complete with personal variations in working hours, annual leave, salaries and locations.
Faced with a choice of a laborious, labour-intensive existing process, they were looking for a new automated solution that would achieve their objectives within a tight timescale, to budget and that accommodated all the variables of employee status’s. Security, accuracy, speed and engagement were key; staff needed to access and approve their new contracts online and management required close monitoring of employee response..
